So simply keep rolling your eyes clockwise and anti-clockwise. Do this at least three times a day. Close your eyes after rolling eyes and let them relax for a few seconds, then focus on one thing and then remove the focus and thus you continue to practice it regularly. It benefits you a lot. 


7.Sun Gazing

You can see the sun only when the sun is rising and when the sun is setting. Now look at the sun completely until the sun sets or rises completely. Close your eyes after looking at the sun. This will keep your eyes much healthier.

Reduce saturated fat in your diet. Because too much fat is not good for eyes. Because over time the vision of the eyes becomes weaker and weaker. And as cholesterol levels rise inside your body, you can get diseases like diabetes. And because of this the blood pressure can be even higher. 


10.Increase Omega-3 Fatty acids

You can get omega-3 fatty acids from fish. Omega 3 products can also be obtained from nuts. Omega 3 not only protects your eyesight but also keeps your eyes healthy. And if you include omega-3 fatty acids in your diet, the risk of eye diseases is reduced.
